🚚 Shipping & Policies

At Kurtiz World Online, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience for all our customers across India.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Ready-made & Readystock Products:
    Orders will be delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.
  • Custom Stitched / Personalized Orders:
    Delivery usually takes 10–15 working days. However, depending on fabric availability, colour selection, and design complexity, it may extend up to 45–50 days in rare cases.

For custom orders, customers are strongly advised to contact us via WhatsApp before placing the order to confirm design, fabric, and availability. Once confirmed, the order will be processed accordingly.

🚚 Shipping Method

We ship through trusted courier partners such as DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, and other reliable logistics services, depending on service availability at your pin code.

The shipping partner is selected based on the fastest and most reliable delivery option for your location.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and added at the time of checkout based on your order and delivery location.

For international shipping inquiries, customers are requested to contact us via WhatsApp or call for detailed assistance.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Ready-made products: Returns are generally not accepted, as all items undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • Custom stitched / personalized items: Returns and exchanges are not applicable, as each piece is specially made based on customer preferences.

However, in case of minor fitting issues, we provide adjustment support or extra margin allowance for alterations wherever possible.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for selected locations and WhatsApp-confirmed orders.
  • Partial advance payment may be required, with the remaining amount payable via COD.

COD availability and charges depend on courier service and your pin code. Customers are advised to confirm via WhatsApp before placing COD orders.

For custom stitching orders, customers can directly contact us via WhatsApp with their design, measurements, and preferences.

Our team will immediately coordinate with you to ensure smooth communication and accurate customization.

All custom orders are made exclusively as per customer requirements. Delays may occur in rare cases due to fabric availability or special design requests, but we always ensure prior communication and transparency.
