  • Customers must provide accurate measurements, design preferences, and details.
  • We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location.
  • We ensure safe packaging and reliable courier services for all shipments.
  • Delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-made products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a genuine damage or wrong item delivered.
  • Custom orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

💳 Payments

  • We accept secure online payments and COD (Cash on Delivery) in selected locations.
  • Partial advance payment may be required for COD/custom orders.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
